Can you see through Designs By Spirit slats when they're closed?
No. Although our slats offer softly diffused sunlight, they provide complete privacy from both interior and exterior views when closed.
What do Designs By Spirit window blinds look like from an exterior view?
Not unlike stained glass, Designs By Spirit offer softly diffused sunlight during daylight hours and can be viewed from the exterior when lights are on inside at night.
Can I use my own photo/file?
Yes. You can upload your own photo/file and we'll use generative expand technology to ensure your photo/file looks beautiful in your own windows.

Is there an additional charge if I submit my own photo/file?
No. We'll even custom tile your own photo/file to ensure a continuous appearance upon closing and viewable selection when the slats are opened up to a forty-five degree angle, at no additional charge.
How long will my Designs By Spirit window blinds last?
Designs By Spirit are designed to last for years of enjoyment depending upon the placement of the blind. We offer a three year fade resistant warranty on all slat inserts and a limited lifetime warranty on components.

Can I change out my slats?

No. But if you need assistance, we'll be happy to help you find a qualified measuring/installation professional in your area. Just give us a call at 509.964.4387 (Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm, PST).

How long will it take to receive my order?
The date of delivery begins upon the day we receive payment. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery.
